Shift | 6PM-6AM | 2-2-3 Schedule Join a growing food & beverage
manufacturing team as a Production Supervisor , leading nightly
operations to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production.
This role is perfect for a hands-on leader who thrives in a
fast-paced environment and enjoys developing and coaching teams.
Key Responsibilities Lead, schedule, and support production
employees to meet daily output goals Oversee all stages of
production (mixing, pasteurizing, filling, packaging, etc.) Promote
and enforce safety, GMP, and food quality standards Monitor
equipment performance and coordinate timely maintenance Manage
materials, ensure accurate production runs, and support continuous
improvement Conduct performance reviews, training, and employee
development What You Bring 2-5 years of manufacturing experience
(food/beverage preferred) Leadership or supervisory experience
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of manufacturing processes and continuous improvement
Ability to work a 12-hour night shift on a 2-2-3 rotation Benefits
