Job Description Job Description Adecco Staffing is working with a manufacturing company in Hanover, NH to bring on Machine Operators! This is a full-time, long-term opportunity with room for growth. Job Title: Machine Operator Location: Hanover, NH Pay: $18–$25 per hour depending on shift and experience Shifts: All shifts available (varies by department) Job Duties: • Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery in a fast-paced manufacturing environment • Load raw materials and feed product through machines according to production specifications • Perform routine machine adjustments, basic troubleshooting, and changeovers • Inspect products throughout the shift to ensure quality standards are met • Record production data and maintain accuracy with job tickets and documentation • Assist with machine cleaning, preventative maintenance, and general upkeep • Work closely with team members and leads to maintain production flow • Follow all safety policies and maintain a clean, organized workstation • Meet daily production goals and support multiple departments as needed Requirements: • Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred but not required • Ability to stand for the duration of the shift • Able to lift 25–50 lbs as needed • Comfortable working with machinery and in a fast-paced environment • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions • Reliable attendance and willingness to work overtime when needed If you are interested in this position, please apply with an updated resume!
