The University of Virginia seeks a dynamic, collaborative, and
experienced fundraising professional to fill the role of Assistant
or Associate Director of Development, University Priorities.
Reporting to the Director of Development, University Priorities,
the Assistant or Associate Director will generate philanthropic
support for top fundraising priorities for the University as part
of the Honor the Future campaign. The Assistant or Associate
Director will play a key role in fundraising for and helping
realize the goals and initiatives laid out in President Ryan's 2030
strategic plan for the University.
Build and manage a portfolio of current and prospective
major-gift level donors ($100K+) and move them towards giving
levels that achieve annual and long-range fundraising goals of the

Work with the Director of Development to execute a strategic
fundraising plan with short- and long-range goals to the expand the
