MolMart is a research resource that provides reagents and
supplies to SOM investigators on an as-needed basis. This position
is responsible for managing the ordering, inventory, and invoicing
of goods provided for research personnel in the School of Medicine.
As such, the position continually assesses the needs of the
research community to determine the optimal product inventory in
the core, supports investigators with special orders, and provides
excellent customer service. In addition, person in this position is
responsible for negotiating contracts with suppliers to assure best
prices for the customers. A bachelor's degree, basic understanding
of research activities, competency with Microsoft Office, and
institutional record keeping and reporting is necessary. MolMart
Director is responsible for creating annual budget reports and
works closely with the ORCA Business Manager and the Director for

Education: Bachelor's degree required
