We u2019re going to make a great team!To be the MVP at this position, you must: Be ready to put your best voice forward to provide TOP LEVEL customer service Enjoy work-life balance and want to embrace flexible scheduling Desire to make competitive wages without being overworked Like working with other cool professionals in a people-centric environmentProvide customer service of inbound calls for roadside assistance and other service requests from client u2019s customers and/or client account representatives for assistance with items such as: u2013a vehicle that won u2019t start u2013flat tire(s) u2013keys locked inside a car u2013vehicle out of gas u2013vehicle in an accident Place outbound calls to list of client u2019s service providers to secure appropriate towing assistance to resolve the customer u2019s needs Possible outbound calls to client, client u2019s customers and/or client account representatives for status and clarification purposes. Transfer inbound calls or outbound calls to other client-designated internal support departments or client account representatives. Outbound coordination to client u2019s service providers & possible follow up calls for clarification and/or additional calls for secondary services. Probe to identify the need of the customer based on vehicle inoperable situation. Identify the customer u2019s location using Google Maps and other client tools. Provide policy coverage details based on the specific client program. Secure a Service Provider to assist the customer, based on the parameters of the policy u2019s program. Provide status updates to customers calling after the initial request for assistance was processed. Requirements Must have at least 2 years of customer service experience Home Office must have a professional work environment away from ambient noise High speed internet connection required with Ethernet cord to accompany computer (speeds 75+ download & 10+ upload minimum, WiFi internet will not work with client applications) Phone accessible for assistance High school diploma, GED or equivalent Strong grammatical and oral skills to communicate with consumers in a professional manner Strong work ethic and the ability to strive in a fast-paced work environment Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal General PC knowledge Ability to pass a background check Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights and weekend BenefitsThe Virtual Call Center, Inc offers every customer service MVP: A detailed playbook to help you maximize your customer service skills A flexible work schedule to fulfill your work life balance goals.
