Job Description:
The Boar's Head Resort is now hiring friendly Member Services
Agents to join our Sports Club front desk team! As a Member
Services Agent, you will be responsible for providing information
about Sport's Club activities, scheduling racquet sport
reservations, selling merchandise, opening and closing registers,
and providing security at the Sports Club entrances. If you have
customer service experience and a passion for fitness, please
apply! Some essential job functions include, but are not limited
to: Meet and greet all members/guests appropriately and according to
Forbes Travel Guide Standards and the AAA 4 Diamond Service
Expectations. In order to be considered, you must meet the following
requirements: Exceptional customer service skills with previous customer
service experience.
Answer all incoming calls within three rings. Provide appropriate
information or direct calls to the appropriate department.
Monitor the Pro Shop and attend to all customer questions and
inquiries.
Process all sales of Pro Shop items and bill all Sports Club court
times, services and fees.
Schedule all racquet sports reservations according to
standards.
Monitor cash drawer during entire shift and maintain responsibility
for the proper opening/closing of each cash drawer.
Responsible for opening/closing The Sports Club.
Assist Housekeeping with maintaining cleanliness of Front Desk
area.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work additional hours during special events and
holidays.
Computer knowledge and experience.
Proven ability to: Perform job functions with attention to detail,
speed and accuracy.
Prioritize and organize.
Resolve problems calmly, using good judgment.
Work independently.
Understand customer service needs and solve them proactively.
Work effectively with managers and co-workers.
Work under stress in a fast-paced environment.
CPR/First-Aid training (preferred).
Hotel/Resort customer service background (preferred).
Experience as a Front Desk Agent (preferred).
