Job Description:

Diagnose and troubleshoot Epic end-user problems via telephone, voicemail or email. Basic knowledge of the EHR configuration and workflow and working skill in keyboarding. Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing with non-technical end-users. Ability to enter and resolve trouble tickets in our automated tracking system. Ability to use the organizational learning software to verify end-user training completion as a required for access request approval. Basic ability to troubleshoot a variety of computing, software, printer problems and workflow issues surrounding the use and function of the EHR.+ Resolves user problems and needs with the EHR clinical system deployed within the Medical Center.+ Provides Communication for Management, Internal, and External Customers.+ Diagnoses and troubleshoots end-user problems with EHR use and hardware issues+ Coordinates problem resolution with other help desks in the Enterprise.Position Compensation Range: $19.62 - $31.38 HourlyMINIMUM REQUIREMENTSEducation: High School Degree or Post High School Technical Training (CE, HSTS, etc).Experience: 0 years relevant experienceLicensure: None requiredPHYSICAL DEMANDSJob requires sitting for prolonged periods.
