SUMMARY:The primary purpose of this position is to help implement, maintain, and support IS technology infrastructure and pc-based applications. Successful applicants will possess an in-depth knowledge of information systems and client support, as well as a sound understanding of business practices. The candidate of choice for the role will be experienced, detail oriented, possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, and be flexible to the needs of the client. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES: Focus on help-desk administration and hardware and software deployment Provide 1st and 2nd tier support to all Credit Union staff for computing hardware, software, and networking systems Assist in troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of PC's, printers, terminals, etc. Install end-user hardware and PC software Ensure administrative control over end-user hardware and software assets through the use of inventory controls Train Credit Union staff to use standard PC-based office automation software tools QUALIFICATIONS: 1-3 years of related experience. College degree in Information Systems or related field strongly preferred, equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered Financial Industry experience is preferred, but not required Optimistic, highly organized, internally motivated, team-oriented personality An attractive suite of benefits is offered to full time employees including: health, dental, vision, paid time off starting with an 18 day accrual annually and 12 company paid holidays, as well as a 10% company retirement plan contribution after the first year of employment and an HSA company contribution starting at $800.
