SOLitude Lake Management - a proud member of the Rentokil family of companies - provides aquatic management services to lakes, ponds, reservoirs, and wetlands. SOLitude offers a wide variety of services including fishery programs, algae and aquatic weed control, mechanical harvesting/hydro-raking, installation/maintenance of fountains and aeration systems, and water quality testing. Responsibilities What do our District Support Specialists do? The District Administrative Assistant's primary focus is to work closely with the District Manager and Customer Experience Manager to support general operations, perform required administrative duties, assist with account management and function as a liaison for questions, information requests, concerns or other inquiries from internal and external customers in order to provide the highest level customer experience possible. General Operations:60% Assist District Manager with account management. Client and/or regulatory notifications, as required. Prepare service quotes prepared by field technicians. Handle purchase requisition requests. Update Navision with any repair or maintenance items indicated by the serving technician. Request authorization for equipment repairs/returns to vendor as needed. Organize retrieval of incoming shipments and prepare items for outgoing shipment. Assist with customer reports using the proper SOLitude template. Process customer credit card payments. Maintain the filing system containing a hard copy of customer contracts/documents. Customer Support:20% Answer phone calls and assist customers with their requests and inquiries. Promptly respond to voicemail messages and emails. Respond to and direct customer requests for service. Respond to customer requests that come in when Service Notifications are sent Client Data Management:10% Research/Update customer account information (type of services, payment history, date of service, contact information, etc.) in Navision and SalesForce upon request. Enter Sales "Leads" for potential new clients and existing clients in SalesForce, as needed to support Customer Service. Create Sales Orders or Sales Quotes in Navision for customers phoning in orders, as needed to support Customer Service. General Office: 10% Order/Purchase office supplies as needed. Periodically check the perimeter of the building and report any issues. Help to handle any alarm, phone, or computer issues. Update and maintain the internal customer and office directory What do you need? A minimum High School Diploma or G.E.D. Bachelor's Degree preferred A minimum of 2 years related experience preferred Hands-on experience with ERP andor CRM software - preferred Proficient with Excel and MS Office - preferred Excellent organizational and multitasking skills Team player with a high level of dedication Ability to work under strict deadlines Must pass pre-employment background screen Must possess a valid driver's license and pass motor vehicle record search Qualifications Why Choose Rentokil?
