Your Role: Customer Service Representative Facilitate service appointments, staying connected with our valued customers. Turn inbound calls into secured service appointments, ensuring utmost customer satisfaction. Place proactive outbound calls to both new and loyal customers to secure additional appointments. Resolve any customer concerns promptly and with a positive resolution. Engage with customers using genuine and persuasive call scripts. Handle multiple phone lines, assist with inquiries, schedule appointments, and carry out other essential clerical tasks. Consistently update and maintain our customer database with thorough and accurate details. Stay coordinated with the dispatch team and report to your manager.
