As a Capital One Software Engineer, you'll have the opportunity to be on the forefront of driving a major transformation within Capital One.What You'll Do:Lead a portfolio of diverse technology projects and a team of developers with deep experience in distributed microservices, and back end systems. -You'll have the opportunity to contribute to a large-scale initiative to build a new modern financial core product that has significant company-wide impact. You'll be working on solving complex technical challenges by using open source technologies in a fast-paced, collaborative, and creative environment.
