Position Details:
Position: Loan Servicing Representative 1 (Documentation
Specialist)
Industry: Banking/Financial Services
Job duration: 5-6 months
Location: Roanoke, VA 24019 (Onsite - No Work from home)
Shift: Monday to Friday
Interview Process - 1 round - 30 minutes - In-Person Interview
Pay Range: $17-$18/hour (Flexible)
Roles and Responsibilities:
Support the account maintenance team specializing in
exceptions.
Assist with day to day operations as needed while the team works on
transitioning from AFS to LoanIQ.
Creating reports in MS Excel.
Proactively checking to ensure exceptions are cleared.
Looking at Checks and ACH to avoid downstream issues.
Performing research on wholesale commercial loan documentation.
Keying transactions.
