Primary Function/General Purpose of PositionIT Analysts III acts as lead engineer over their respective domain(s), managing small projects, end-user support, and providing reports on areas of responsibilities.Detailed Areas of ResponsibilityO365 - Administrator / SMEO365 - InTuneO365 - Teams and SharePointO365 - Licensing AuditingO365 End-User Training and EducationO365 Analysis - Utilization, Security, and any additional O365 reportingO365 Security - User Security Permissions Management, and AuditsO365 - Policy development and annual reviewIT Asset Procurement and ManagementHardware - benchmarking, imaging, and disposalEnd-User Support - Service Desk ticketing system, and travelOn-Call Support RotationM&A End-User Transition ManagementDENOVO supportProject ManagementUser Security Permissions ManagementSoftware MaintenanceCoordinate VendorsKnowledge Base -publish content according to domain(s)Maintain Agency profile data - locations, contact info, ISP, copier, vendors, etc.Other duties as assignedQualificationsAbility to prioritize, multi-task, and work independently, efficiently, and with flexibility in an organized manner.Ability to analyze, problem-solve, and debug complex multi-leveled application environments.Must possess organization and analytical skillsMust have the ability to work well independentlyCritical skills required to be successful include complex problem solving, demonstrated ability to lead projects, interact with different levels of associates, and excellent communication skillsMust demonstrate the ability to work in a high pressure fast paced environment, with a widespread user baseWorking knowledge of PC Systems, Mac and Apple Mobile technologies, Microsoft Office products, and social media platformsExperience with asset management tools, and IT procurementWorking knowledge with Microsoft Operating Systems, MS Office Suites, O365, SharePoint, and Microsoft TEAMSRequired: Valid driver's license, Network Experience, O365 Experience, and PowerShell scripting experienceDesired: Bachelor's Degree in Information System or related field, MCSA, CompTIA A+, Network+, MCDST, PowerShell, virtualization technologies, DocuSign, Healthcare IT ExperienceEducation & ExperienceBachelor's degree in information systems technology or related field and three years of related experience in software implementation, testing, and systems management, required.Five years of related experience in software implementation, testing, systems management, and end-user support may be substituted for education requirement.Three plus years of end-user support experience preferred.Essential Job FunctionsResponds and follows up to escalated incident tickets in a professional and courteous manner by investigating and asking appropriate questions to support end-user needsAccurately documents information into incident ticketsRecognizes and demonstrates proper escalation practices of incident ticketsMaintains a satisfactory call volume, average time to close, and customer satisfaction scoresAppropriately prioritizes incident ticketsTravel to setup office environment, and technology at field offices as neededProvides management with information regarding bi-annual inventory reports and Desktop Analyst metrics as requiredManages product inventory, equipment, and parts to be used by the end-userPerforms junior network level activities to include but not limited to: network wire patching, terminating, and testingParticipates in inter-departmental meetings as a representative.--Exchanges pertinent information, escalates, or may take the lead on action actionable findingsManages small projects to include planning, timelines, resources, status reporting, and if necessary, execution of the tasks to ensure success of the projectCommunicates effectively with end users and colleagues to research problems and find solutionsOther Job FunctionsAdheres to Care Hospice established policies, procedures, directives, confidentiality agreements, quality assurance, safety, environmental and infection control standards appropriate to this position.Demonstrates an understanding of and models the mission and core values of Care Hospice through behavior and attitude.--Adherence to the code of conduct is a condition of employment.Circumstances may require work schedule flexibility to include: weekends, holiday, and overtime, if necessary, to accommodate variations in work demandsRequired to work unsupervised in restricted areas that may have access to medications
