Applies ICD 203 and 206 Analytic Integrity Standards (AIS) to product reviews and follows all NGIC production processes and tools. Provides subject matter expertise with IC standards to ensure all products meet high-quality standards. - Here's What You'll Need:Responsibilities: Advises project manager and customer on contractor-authored product topics and publication timelines; provides project manager and customer with status updates and notifies of any potential publication timeline changes. Maintains awareness of ongoing contractor research and production efforts; closely tracks status of all contractor-authored products. Aids in the development of analytic design and research; participates in analytic design review meetings; reviews draft products for adherence to AIS and NGIC production standards. Provides training to analysts focused on analytic techniques and tools to ensure analytic rigor and objectivity; provides training on production tools and processes. Skill Set: Ability to lead and conduct strategic research and provide innovative technical and/or analytic solutions to support CREW load set development and other US force protection interests. Comfortable briefing senior level managers quickly and thoroughly with minimal preparation, able to react to a highly fluid environment. - Familiarity with counter-RCIED efforts and counter-RCIED electronic warfare (CREW) programs. Knowledge of and experience using all-source intelligence and research tools, structured analytic techniques, and quantitative and qualitative methodologies; knowledgeable in the Intelligence Cycle. Required: A Bachelor's degree in an intelligence-related field or completion of a military intelligence course of instruction is required. A Master's degree is preferred. Minimum ten years of intelligence analysis experience, to include five years writing and reviewing scientific and technical intelligence (S&TI) mission products, in compliance with Intelligence Community Directives. Experience writing strategic assessments for the Intelligence Community. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Experience editing others' written work. Experience mentoring and teaching tradecraft to other analysts. Must have Active or Current US government TS with SCI clearance. Physical Requirements: - Most work will be done at a desk or computer. - Work Environment: - General Office environment. The work environment is fast-paced and sometimes involves extreme deadline pressures. The nature of the work requires a high degree of teamwork and cooperation with other members of the staff as well as individuals across the Company and Customers. - Equipment & Machines: - General office equipment including PC/laptop, Fax, Copiers, Shredder, Printers, Telephone, and other miscellaneous office equipment. - Attendance: - Attendance -is critical at all times. Must be able to work a 40-hour workweek, normally Monday through Friday." - However, times and days may vary depending on business requirements. Needs to be available to work overtime during critical peaks and be available to meet last minute requests for overtime should the situation occur. - Other Essential Functions: - Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing - Grooming and dress must be appropriate for the position and must not impose a safety risk/hazard to the employee or others. Must put forward a professional behavior that enhances productivity and promotes teamwork and cooperation. - Must be able to interface with individuals at all levels of the organization both verbally and in writing. Must be well-organized with the ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously." -Must work well under pressure to meet deadline requirements. Must be willing to travel as needed. Must take and pass a drug test and background check as well as a motor vehicle records check.
