Travel Surgical Technician – OR Tech

CareerStaff Unlimited is currently searching for a Surgical Tech in the Charlottesville, VA area! If you are a Certified Surgical Technician with a great attitude and ability to work under high pressure, we would love to speak with you about opportunities we have available! Travel Rate:

Weekly Estimated Pay: $2485
Weekly Taxable Pay: $1120
Weekly Housing Stipend: $882
Weekly Meal Stipend: $483

• 7a-5:30p or 11a-9:30p
  
• 40-hour week
  
• 13-week contract
  
• Weekly direct deposit
  
  JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  
  
• 1+ years of CURRENT experience
  
• Scrubbing experience in Robotics
  
• BLS(AHA)
  
• NBSTSA - National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting
  
• MUST have current license in good standing with the board
  
• MUST be detail oriented
  
  
  JOB DESCRIPTION:
  
  
• Will act as a member of the surgical team
  
• Primarily function in a scrubbing capacity
  
• Might assist in circulating duties in the surgical suite
  
• Maintain aseptic technique while providing a quiet environment in the OR suite
  
• Share in OR suite preparation
  
• Will use and maintain specialized equipment and supplies used for specific surgical procedures
