    The Sr. Compensation Analyst is responsible for supporting the objectives of the Total Rewards Team. The Sr. Compensation Analyst will be responsible for the sustainment of the company's global compensation structure, compensation programs, and HR Operations Analytics in North America and South America.
    In this role, a typical day will look like:


    • Partner with key stakeholders to drive completion of compensation projects, equity, market analyses, and periodic functional reviews.


    • Advise HR Business Partners and client groups regarding salary compression, career ladder development, severance calculations, and internal/external pay equity.


    • Facilitate the global annual compensation planning process, including training managers on compensation philosophy and how to plan in Workday.


    • Routinely deliver and refine global metrics for management on global turnover, diversity & inclusion, etc.


    • Create action plans, educational materials, and communications designed to provide associates, managers, and HR with timely and accurate information regarding compensation programs, policies, and initiatives


    • Support HR and management with unique report and data analytics requests from Workday and other data systems.


      The essential requirements of the job include:


      • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related field.


      • 3-5 years of relevant compensation and analytical experience.


      • Experience with global compensation pay structures.


      • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects.


      • Demonstrated success working in a team-based environment.

        The salary range for this role is $80,000 - 90,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in New York City or Washington. This range may be modified in the future.
        This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
