* Experience with inter-agency process asso cia ted with Excess Defense Article ( EDA ) policy coordination, with a focus on pre-Letter of Request ( LOR ) phase of EDA planning
* Knowledge of EDA congressional notification package development and disclosure policy review requirements to successfully allocate and facilitate the transfer of USN ship and aircraft made available for EDA
* Secret clearance--- Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of experience in International Affairs, Political Science, Business, or Engineering in lieu of a degree Nice If You Have:--- Experience working at a major headquarters staff level
* Knowledge of requirements and processes for planning and c ond ucting Joint Visual Inspections
* Possession of excellent interpersonal skills
