You'll lead a dedicated Intake Team, ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding process for each project. Your focus will be on:

• Unparalleled Customer Service: You'll be the first point of contact for our clients, providing clear guidance and exceptional support throughout the cloud deployment lifecycle. Your ability to actively listen, address concerns promptly, and maintain open communication will be paramount.
• Streamlined Intake Process: You'll lead your team in efficiently collecting and analyzing key project information. This includes guiding new project teams through the onboarding process, scheduling regular working sessions, and ensuring all required documentation is established.
• Clear Communication and Collaboration: You'll be the bridge between our clients, project teams, and internal resources. Your exceptional communication skills will be essential for fostering collaboration, maintaining transparency, and ensuring everyone is aligned on project goals.
• Process Improvement: You'll be a continuous learner, actively seeking ways to refine and improve our intake processes. Your insights will be invaluable in creating a more efficient and client-centric cloud onboarding experience. Here's a glimpse into your daily routine.
  • Guiding New Clients: Onboard new project teams, explain the cloud deployment process, and establish clear expectations.
  • Data Collection and Analysis: Lead your team in gathering essential project data, including application metadata and key system details.
  • Communication Hub: Maintain consistent communication with clients and project teams, ensuring everyone stays informed and on track.
  • Progress Tracking and Reporting: Utilize document management and tracking systems to maintain accurate project records and provide regular status updates.
  • Escalation Management: Identify and address any potential roadblocks and escalate critical issues to leadership when necessary.
  • Transition to Operations: Successfully hand off projects to the cloud operations team for ongoing management. Beyond your core responsibilities, you'll also have the opportunity to:
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth resource allocation for incoming projects.
    • Participate in defining and refining workflows and processes to optimize cloud services delivery.
    • Lead or contribute to ongoing documentation improvements. We're looking for a superstar who possesses the following:?
