Job Description:

Position Overview: We are seeking a versatile and skilled individual to join our team as an All-Around Service Technician. In this role, you'll be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems for our clients. This position requires a broad range of technical knowledge and the ability to deliver high-quality service across multiple disciplines.

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnosis and Repair: Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, heating, cooling, and electrical systems in residential and commercial settings, ensuring optimal functionality and safety.


Maintenance Services: Perform routine maintenance tasks on plumbing fixtures, HVAC equipment, and electrical systems to prevent breakdowns and prolong the lifespan of components


Active Response: Respond promptly to service calls and emergencies, providing timely solutions to resolve issues and minimize disruptions for clients.


Customer Interaction: Interact professionally with clients, addressing their concerns, explaining repair options, and providing recommendations for system upgrades or improvements.


Documentation: Complete service reports, work orders, and documentation accurately, recording details of repairs, parts used, and labor performed.


Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and best practices, ensuring work is performed in a safe and efficient manner at all times.


Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems
Strong technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills across multiple disciplines
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Certification or licensure in plumbing, HVAC, or electrical preferred (EPA, NATE, Journeyman's, Masters)
