Job Description:
Join an established, high-demand Endocrinology practice in
Riverdale, MD serving the DC metro area. Enjoy a guaranteed base
salary with uncapped incentives, full support staff handling all
admin tasks, and a strong referral network. Flexible hybrid

weeks PTO in year one, growing to 6 weeks with tenure. Sign on
bonus possible. Relocation bonus possible. Occurrence-based
malpractice coverage included. $3K CME allowance annually.
Standard, comprehensive benefits package. Partnership track
available (tenure dependent). Work alongside 2-3 Endocrinologists
and 2 experienced NPs (cardiometabolic and pump-trained). Full
time, 5 days/week with a half day (potentially full day) remote
clinic. Minimal after-hours phone call, shared among partners.
Patient load of 18-20 per day with strong referral network. Fully
supported environment - Staff handles admin, scheduling, intake,
and documentation.
